Robert W. Mahoney
Chairman of the Board

Mr Mahoney is the retired Chairman and CEO of Diebold Corporation, and retired Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Bob is highly respected by financial institutions globally having been at the helm of Diebold for twelve years and steering it from a premier bank vault company to a global leader in network software and automated teller machines. Prior to Diebold, he held senior management positions at NCR in the US, Far East and Canada. Bob brings his keen market knowledge and his business acumen to Ignite for guidance and governance.

Jerry McElhatton
Director

Mr McElhatton is the retired President of MasterCard Global Technology and Operations. Jerry's technology and operations knowledge is synergistic with Mr. Mahoney's market knowledge and both are already helping Ignite leverage large, national partnerships and alliances. Before joining MasterCard, Jerry was president and chief executive officer of Dallas-based Payment Systems Technology & Consulting where he was engaged by a global UK Bank to modernize their payments and customer service systems and capabilities over a 5 year period. He also served for 10 years as president and chief executive officer of First Republic Bank Services Corporation. In addition, Mr. McElhatton held executive management positions in operations and technology with Ameritrust and Bank One. He recently completed the restructuring of a major call center company in Florida and is currently President of Virtual Resources, Inc., a consulting and equity investment entity. He also serves on a number of Corporate Boards.

Allen Fleener
Director

Mr Fleener, as a former General Partner of Seed Capital Partners, brings the expertise need for a start-up. His experience in building software products for the banking industry for Periphonics, Infomatics and InterVoice bring added value to become a successful startup. Al lead InterVoice from start-up through its initial and additional public offerings. He has directed numerous start-ups including duties as Chairman of VoicePlex. Al's entrepreneurial experience is helping Ignite build a solid foundation for rapid growth. Al was awarded the 1990 Entrepreneur of the Year for the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the IBM Presidential Excellence award.
