Mitchell Orlowsky
Chief Executive Officer

Mitchell Orlowsky brings to Ignite a proven track record, over seventeen years, of delivering commercial grade technology to the market and gearing companies into high growth mode. His expertise is in sales and marketing, product development and capital fundraising.

Orlowsky was co-founder and CEO of Send Word Now, a national leader in emergency notification and on-demand alerting and response services. Before Send Word Now, Orlowsky served as Executive Vice President and co-founder of G2X, an Internet company focused on customer relationship management software. He was responsible for both building ACT! for Lotus Notes and creating the first e-mail response management product. This latter product was later sold to Cisco Systems for $40 million and is now called the Cisco E-mail Manager. All these product offerings are still in use.

Between software businesses, Orlowsky founded Cash Magazine, The Financial Magazine for the Young. He brings to Ignite his passion for guiding people in making better financial decisions.

Orlowsky has a BA with Honors in English and High Honors in Political Science from Rutgers University. He is also a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University.

Julie Hamrick
Co-Founder, Chief Analyst and Chief Operating Officer

Julie Hamrick founded the company and is responsible for primary research, data analytics and reporting, and Ignite's algorithms for lead generation technology. During her two decades in the business world, Hamrick has become an expert in making complex data understandable and actionable. Hamrick has worked with our clients to prove the data modeling and predictive capabilities of Ignite Sales' primary research. The analytics and algorithms help our clients decrease customer acquisition costs, increase percent of qualified leads and measure marketing spend.

Prior to founding Ignite, Hamrick served as a general manager for Aviall Inc., where she oversaw process improvement at the $800 million aircraft services company. Her division ultimately helped the company achieve significant success in strategic marketing, process reengineering, productivity and customer satisfaction. This in-depth experience is combined with previous career positions as an engineer, financial analyst, and as a management consultant with Deloitte.

Hamrick received a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Barbie Boe
Co-Founder and Vice President of Product Marketing and Management

Barbara Boe founded the company and is responsible for Ignite's online customer interaction technology and product marketing. Her 20 years of software marketing and design has proven to engage customers and interactively educate customers about products and services. Boe has successfully launched new products, as well as introduced existing products into new vertical markets.

Boe has developed a proven methodology for driving high-tech market success that is especially effective in the competitive banking market. Before joining Ignite Sales, Boe served as marketing director for two high-tech service companies. At InterVoice and The Shams Group, Boe developed and implemented marketing plans that improved sales 180 percent and 500 percent respectively.

Boe earned a B.F.A. in Fine Arts from Texas State University.

Joe Morgan
Director of Technology and Operations

Joseph Morgan brings over 25 years of IT experience to his responsibility for the delivery of Ignite's core technology. He brings to the team his technical and managerial experience in the Financial Services Industry.

Morgan is the holder of two primary patents for data compression, encryption, and arbitrary precision mathematics. Joe has considerable experience in developing client-facing interfaces and server-side applications within a multi-tiered enterprise integrated architecture. From his skills in creating data-driven, rule-based applications to his mastery of programming, Morgan's assets span the entire range of Ignite's technological requirements.

Morgan holds several certifications in programming, security architecture, database development and enterprise application server administration from IBM, Oracle/Sun Microsystems and Sybase.
